    Join us in commemorating the Pink Moon with your fellow sisters as we come together for a communal experience.

    Participate in a circle where we collectively select a random topic, allowing each person dedicated time to express themselves without receiving responses, advice, or engaging in crosstalk. Embrace your authentic self, share your thoughts, and feel seen and heard.

This class is crafted to offer relaxation, stress relief, and the opportunity to deepen your bonds with loved ones.

  • New Moon Yin, Reiki & Live Music

    Friday, June 7th 5:30-7:00pm

    Investment: $40

    The new moon is the perfect time to turn inward with yin yoga. This 90 minute offering will guide you through a gentle & meditative yin practice, accompanied by reiki energy healing and live ambient guitar. You will also get a crystal tower to take home, a perfect addition for your altar or home meditation. It’s absolutely vital that we make the time for self care, as healing ourselves is the most significant thing we can do to help heal the world.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and adaptive yoga to boost both physical and mental well-being.
